An Exam Required For My Job At Wipro

I was asked to take this exam as part of my job at Wipro. CyberArk is their premier partner for Privileged Access Management, as they have the industry leading product. About half of the Fortune 200 use the product, it is pricey, but considered to be the best in breed.

Finding Traing Through The Partner Portal

CyberArk provides access to their partner portal for Wipro employees, due to the partner relationship. I am not sure if you can gain access to it otherwise, but I certainly would reccomend it. CyberArk has the best training of any vendor that I've experienced. The videos and lab environments are tremendously robust.

Failing The Exam

I must admit that the first time I wrote this exam I failed it. That was a bummer, it's the only exam I have failed in my history of writing certifications. One thing I underestimated was the breadth of knowledge that they would test for. The exam covered not only what was constained in the official learning path, but many other topics beside. The other thing that I neglected to do was to work through practise questions, and I think that if I had, this first attempt at the exam would have gone a lot better.

Passing The Exam

Failing an exam always sucks. But I picked the task back up, watched many of the auxiliary training video from the partner portal, and was able to find good practise questions on the Exam Topics website. The second time I wrote the exam went much better than the first, and I passed by a solid margin.
